About BITSAA-SVC

BITS Pilani, is one of India's most prestigious private universities, with five campuses located in Pilani (1964), Dubai (2000), Goa (2004), Hyderabad (2008) and Mumbai (2022). The institute is one of the most selective in the world with a <1.5% admit rate. BITS Pilani boasts 180,000+ alumni spread around the world with more than 10,000 in the Silicon Valley. Over the years, these alumni have grown to become huge influencers in their fields, spanning all career levels and industries. Notable alumni include Prem Jain, Revathi Advaithi, Sabeer Bhatia, Preetish Nijhawan etc.

BITSync is the annual industry conference for BITS Pilani alumni across the US to support and connect professionals, bringing together industry leaders, entrepreneurs, alumni under one roof. 2024 was the 6th edition of BITSync organized on April 27 at JCC, Palo Alto. The 2024 edition organized in Palo Alto saw 450+ attendees from across the US and India. Past keynotes speakers at BITSync include John Chambers, Josh Becker, Joel Peterson, Sanjay Mehrotra etc.

The conference provides a platform for attendees to gain key industry insights, network with like-minded individuals and learn from distinguished speakers and panelists.

BITSync is organized by BITS Pilani Alumni Association - Silicon Valley Chapter (BITSAA SVC), a 501(c)(3) organization that serves BITS alumni in Silicon Valley. We are committed to providing a platform for our alumni to connect, collaborate and succeed. 2024 is the 25th year of BITSAA Silicon Valley Chapter which connects 10,000+ BITS Pilani alumni by the Bay.
